2. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging.
To return an item:

- Ensure that the items are properly packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
3. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it after we have received and inspected the returned items. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process once your return has been received and approved.
- If your return is not approved due to missing or damaged items, we will notify you and provide further instructions.
4. Non-Refundable Items

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@iiconicmens.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.
7. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@iiconicmens.com. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process.
8. Return Shipping Costs
